Our client approached us with information about sponsoring the Australian National Men’s and Mixed Netball tournament. As a sponsor, MacPac HR required a magazine advertisement to be designed for the tournament schedule handout.
We discussed some of the key messages for the target: convey a range of services, make it clear that MacPac HR provides national and international services and have a call to action on the ad. The client also said it should be treated as a branding opportunity.
In the past, this client has discussed about seeking a ‘brand statement’ or a slogan that captures the essence of MacPac HR. During this advertising project, MAAD Creative came up with a punchy title that explains a philosophy central to the MacPac HR process: “More human than resource”.
This title or slogan emphasises the importance of caring for and nurturing your staff.
